Project Title: Manual Journal Entry Oracle R12 NA

Organization:        PPG Coating (M) Sdn. Bhd

Environment:        UiPath Studio, Orchestrator.

Description: The purpose of this automation is to automate the creation of a Service Now(SN) request from an Oracle R12 NA batch, batches will be posted in the ERP via an Oracle auto posting program. It will also allow for any Oracle R12 NA spreadsheet batches that are canceled in Service Now to automatically be deleted out of Oracle R12 NA via an automatic Oracle program.

Accountabilities:

•      Analyze the feasibility of the existing process suitable for automation.

•      Participate in online meetings to demonstrate the capabilities of RPA for on-going projects and potential clients.

•      Configuring orchestrator to Robots, creating Assets and environments on the Orchestrator.

•      Worked with Oracle R12 NA And Service-Now Application. End to end process automation using UiPath.

Project Title: Manual Journal Entry

Description: The purpose of this automation is to automate the creation of a ServiceNow(SN)request from an SAP journal and be able to post that journal within SAP. It will also allow for the creation of auto reversal and recurring journals in SAP and for deletion of SAP parked journals that are canceled in ServiceNow or are flagged as an accrual or recurring journal.

Accountabilities:

•      Analyze the feasibility of existing process suitable for automation.

•      Participate in online meetings to demonstrate the capabilities of RPA for on-going projects and potential clients.

•      Configuring orchestrator to Robots, creating Assets and environments on the Orchestrator.

•      Worked with SAP And Service-Now Application. End to end process automation using UiPath.

Project Title: Process Transition (FTR)

Organization:        UnitedHealth Group

Environment:         UiPath Studio, Orchestrator.

Description: This project focuses on automating the manual process of creating FTR  Report by extracting data from Web, Database and Main Frame Application and preparing the report based on the excel calculations and sending a mail attaching these reports and exceptions.

Accountabilities:

•      Analyze the feasibility of the existing process suitable for automation.

•      Implemented new reporting techniques and facilitated the presentations to the clients.

•      Participate in online meetings to demonstrate the capabilities of RPA for on-going projects and potential clients.

•      Configuring orchestrator to Robots, creating Assets and environments on the Orchestrator.

•      Worked with mainframe, windows, web application, and surface automation. End to end process automation using UiPath.

 

Project Title: PDO Termination

Organization:        UnitedHealth Group

Environment :        UiPath Studio, Orchestrator.

Description:  Robotic Process Automation to auto terminates health care service providers who are no longer associated with United Health Care. Termination is done in multiple business applications – NDB, NICE, and Probase.

Accountabilities:

•      Analyze the feasibility of existing process suitable for automation.

•      Design workflow, coding, testing, and maintaining the RPA’s (Robots).

•      Tracking the robot activities, managing incidents/exceptions, review the code, and fix.

•      Developed small utilities to speed up the day to day support activities.

•      Configuring orchestrator to Robots, creating Assets and environments on the Orchestrator.

•      Development experience in HTML, SQL, and either VB.NET/C#

Project Title: Batch Process Automation (RPA-UI Path).

Organization:        UnitedHealth Group

Environment:         UiPath Studio, Orchestrator.

Description: The Batch process consists of 5 types of jobs being run for the clients at United Health Group. Process Automation Team helps to automate the manual processes on the Batch Process. It has reduced the time and cost of the Batch process as well as reducing manual intervention.

Accountabilities:

•      Providing support to Batch team on automation processes

•      Tracking the robot activities, managing incidents/exceptions, review the code, and fix.

•      Developed small utilities to speed up the day to day support activities.

•      Configuring orchestrator to Robots, creating Assets and environments on the Orchestrator.

 

Project Title:        Enterprise Research and Development

Project Description :

Enterprise Research and Development project helps our organization contribute to the broader national

Conversation about how to help people live healthier and help make the health system work better for everyone by submitting their ideas through the tool. The ideas submitted are published by the administrator and reviewed.

The published portfolio has a limited distribution among the most senior leaders of the organization and is used as

Innovation story with customer’s officials and industry leaders.

My Responsibilities: 

•      Involved in Project Architecture, Analysis, and Design for Enterprise Research and Development Tool.

•      Team mentoring and Code review

•      Analysis of the Initial Requirements.

•      Created database architecture.

•      Generated reports which are exported in MS Excel using Open XML.

•      Coded T-SQL stored procedures, triggers, and functions.

Project Name: Historical Margin Data Download, CNC Inventory Report, CNC Sales Register Report, CNC Stock Transfer Report, CNC Visit Number Wise Report

Project Description: Wal-Mart India is executing Project (Historical Margin Data Download, CNC Inventory Report, CNC Sales Register Report, CNC Stock Transfer Report, and CNC Visit Number Wise Report). The purpose of this application to fetch (Historical Margin Data Download, CNC Inventory Report, CNC Sales Register Report, CNC Stock Transfer Report, CNC Visit Number Wise Report) from different sources like Teradata, DB2, Informix, and SQL Server. This solution will help the user to generate an automatic report in excel &.CSV format. The implementation of window application and database management will be done by using Microsoft technologies.

 

My Responsibility-

•      Requirement gathering, analysis, and design of the software.

•      Implementation / Coding (using asp.net, C sharp, Written function, properties, fields, Designed database, created triggers, complex query, stored process, etc.)

•      Creating dynamic quarries for fetching data from Teradata, DB2, and SQL server.

•      Software Project Management Plan (SPMP) Documentation

•      Software Requirements Specifications(SRS) Documentation



Project Title :        Consolidated e-Invoicing system (https://eInvoices.in.wal-mart.com)

Organization:        Experis IT India

Project Description :

Wal-Mart India is executing Project CI (Pricing, Reporting, Inventory, Store Systems and Merchandising). This project will provide a web-based solution for activities and business processes related to store returns. This solution will help the user to generate on-demand reports from the web browser. The implementation of web application and database management will be done by using Microsoft technologies. Implementation of application and database management has been done by Microsoft technologies. 

My Responsibilities: 

•      Analysis of the Initial Requirements.

•      Created database architecture.

•       Created Custom Tab Control and Custom Grid to achieve the required functionality.

•      Used Theming functionality for giving interactive and personalized user interaction.

•      Created Event Calendar for users to know easily that on which date which programs are there.

•       Generated reports which are exported in MS Excel using XSLT.

•       Generated reports which are export in PDF format using Crystal Report.

•      Achieve Mail Merge functionality using Words Template.

•      Coded T-SQL stored procedures, triggers, and functions.

•      Created layered architecture and also used factory patterns in the data access layer.

•      Managed exception handling and logging using Enterprise Library.

Project Description :

Merchandiser makes his daily plan and visits his store. The supervisor can see and download his team target and achievement. Supervisor and Merchandiser both can see various reports like Daily attendance, Top 5 sold model (for monthly and weekly).

My Responsibilities: 

•      Analysis of the Initial Requirements.

•      Created System Requirement Specifications.

•       Involved in database architecture.

•      Coded T-SQL stored procedures, triggers, and functions.

•      Created layered architecture and also used factory patterns in the data access layer.

•      Managed exception handling and logging using Enterprise Library.

•      Have performed Client-side scripting using JavaScript.

•      Used bulk copy for importing large data of the real estate agents.

•      Performed unit testing and Integration testing at various stages of the project.
